More coats of Poly Brush and Visitors drop in to see the Tiger Moth wings

 May 9th we continued our Tiger Moth Rib Stitching Party with Don Hutchinson and Ben Toenders finishing the ailerons under Henry Riege's tutelage.

 Rick Riewe and Maurice April added another layer of poly brush to the lower left wing. The aileron control box is finished.
 Henry and Don ironing down the trailing edge bubbles - every rib on the Tiger Moth is about 3/16" higher than the trailing edge so to eliminate bubbles ironing and weighting the tapes worked.
 Ben Toenders preped the ailerons for longitudinal tapes.

 Don Hutchinson was in charge of ironing tapes!

 Ben and Henry working on smoothing out the aileron tapes.

 Henry taught us some great tips on applying tapes - like this one where we used the brush like a million tiny fingers.

Finishing the tapes on the lower left wing.

 Visitors drop in for a view - Bert Elam dropped in with Kent and another friend;
Below - Jack Sauerbrie.
