2nd coat of Silver onto the Wings; Tail Sections Begun

Dennis Kowalyshyn helped sand  between coats.
Thank you to Garfield Oakman - who trained on a Tiger Moth - for letting us use his hangar to spray in!
Calm  Air's painter has volunteered to paint the wings in his own personal paint booth! Thank you!!

Adrian and Bert checking out the Tiger Moth cockpits.

Harvey McKinnon volunteered to spray the silver on the wings. Rick helped keep the lighting focused on Harvey's work. To reduce moisture, a water filter was added to the spray gun.

Garfield Oakmam pointed out numerous features to Jim Goold.

Ideal wall hanging for a Tiger Moth fan! The Roundel from both wings is available to the person who bids the highest. One roundel is painted directly on the fabric; the other is a decal.

Vic Prefontaine checked out the fuselage.

The turtle deck is made from thin plywood.

Mary Lou and her husband dropped in from NW Ontario.

Gil Bourrier picked the yellow to match the yellow on the fuselage.
Maurice April and Nancy McKinnon began tripping the rudder and then preped it for varnish.

Jack Saurbrie demonstrating a great scraping technique!

Nancy McKinnon and Jill began washing the plane, checking for missing items while cleaning. Cables were cleaned with Varsol and then oiled with LPS1.
